Provides skilled nursing care and rehabilitation in a 156 bed long-term care facility for qualifying Kentucky. Veteran Benefit Representative assists with eligibility criteria for benefits, provides consultation and helps with completing benefits application forms. Veterans Benefit Representative travels to and serves Crittenden, Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, Hopkins, McLean, Muhlenberg, Union and Webster Counties
